Aleksei Is an American actress, model, and dramatic performer who hails from New York. The first time she was on screen was in a short film and then modeled for the first time. She worked as an apprentice in An American Place, a restaurant in the City of New York for one year. Guarnaschelli began her dining experiences through watching recipes that she'd been editing in the cookbooks of her mother being examined at her home. While working for Larry Forgione, she worked in various restaurants, such as Guy Savoy's La Butte Chaillot in New York France Los Angeles. Guarnaschelli was named chief chef of Butter. Guarnaschelli defeated Cat Cora on Food Network's Iron Chef America 2007 Farmers Market Battle. The following year, she participated in the third place of the season in The Next Iron Chef, as well as an Iron Chef judge from the beginning. The contest ended in defeat on an episode of the Food Network Challenge Ultimate Thanksgiving Feast. In the fourth series of The Next Iron Chef, she started working as an assistant chef for Iron chef Geoffrey Zakarian. She was the host of Food Network's The Cooking Loft With Alex Guarnaschelli in 2008, where she leads a small class of students on how to recreate classic dishes.
