Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman was an American female gymnast, and captain for her team in the US female Olympic gymnastics Team 2012 Fierce Five and in the year 2016. the Final Five. Aly Raisman won three gold medals in the 2012 Olympics, in London. In addition, she took home a bronze on the balance beam. In 2012 she was the very first American athlete to achieve the highest number of medals during the Olympics. She won the gold in the team event during the 2016 Olympics, which made her and Gabby Douglas first Americans to win back-to-back golds. Silver medals were also awarded at the all-around event as well as floor workouts. In the three years between her two Olympic Games the athlete took a break. In addition, she was part of two gold medal winning world championship teams. She learned gymnastics from the age two, and her favourite activity is Floor Exercise. Aly has enrolled in her local Uniting Against Lung Cancer group in memory of her grandma. She is planning to pursue the field of fashion, and would like to expand her line of signature leotards and socks later on. Fierce will be published in the summer of this year.
